Who Am I?
Hey, I’m Stacey – Accountant, Business Coach, and Cashflow Whizz of Timaru.
I’ve been in the accounting game for over 16 years and I’m a proud Registered Business Tax Advisor (RBTA) with ATAINZ.
I’ve seen it all – from late-night ledger panics to those “wait, I made how much?!” moments.
After more than a decade in traditional tax roles, I started my own advisory firm because I wanted to do things differently – helping business owners not just stay compliant, but actually understand their numbers and make smarter money moves with confidence.
Outside the numbers world, I’m a karate-loving, donut-appreciating, straight-talking South Island gal.
I’m currently training for my second dan black belt in Kyokushin karate, juggling mum life with two epic kids, and figuring out how to fit more fun into every week.
If you're into making money, structure and a good laugh – we’ll get along just fine.

2022 BEA Finalist
In 2022 Manage My Cashflow Ltd was named as a finalist in the Emerging Business category!
How cool is it to be recognised for the benefit you bring to your community? I was absolutely honoured to be named as a finalist along with many other incredible businesses.
I saw a service that was desperately needed in South Canterbury for business owners, and I jumped on the chance to mentor businesses in South Canterbury to increase their cashflow, create more time for them to enjoy with family and friends and reduce business stress.
